Shipping policy

- Free shipping on all orders over $85, flat rate on orders below
- Standard delivery time is 7–15 business days for US orders (dropshipping timelines)
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping
- Customers receive a tracking number by email once their order ships
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control
- If an order is lost in transit, customers should contact us and we will investigate and resolve it
- We currently ship within the United States only
