Refund policy


The policy must cover:
- Customers have 30 days from delivery to report any issue
- Full refund or free replacement for items that arrived damaged, defective, wrong, or never arrived
- Customers do NOT need to ship anything back — just send a photo or video of the issue with their order number
- No returns accepted for change of mind
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- We cover all costs for approved claims — no fees to the customer
- Customers contact us by email to submit a claim
